The FJAA Annual Conference will be held in Denver, CO, September 11-13, 2025.

The conference registration fee includes conference materials, a reception on Thursday evening, breakfast on Friday and Saturday, and banquet dinner on Saturday.

Payment for conference registration fees may be made using a Purchase Order number, check or PayPal. Checks should be made payable to:

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Conference registrations cancelled on or before July 31, 2025, will receive a full refund.
- Registration cancellations on or after August 1, 2025, we will refund 50% of the registration fee.
- Registration cancellations on or after September 1, 2025, will not be refunded.
- To cancel a registration, send an e-mail to debby_sawyer@tnmd.uscourts.gov and include FJAA Conference Cancellation Request in the subject line.
- If you cancel your registration, you cannot substitute another court member in your place.
- If you cancel your registration and have made your hotel reservation, please make sure that you cancel your hotel reservation with the hotel. FJAA will not be responsible if you do not cancel your own hotel reservation.
HOTEL INFO
Once you have registered for the conference, an email confirmation will be sent to you that will include the hotel booking link. Please note, only conference registrants will be permitted to make hotel reservations under the FJAA room block. If you are not an active member, have registered for the conference and you make a hotel reservation under the FJAA room block, your room will be cancelled. Please do not share the hotel booking information.The FJAA has negotiated a lodging rate at the conference hotel at the government rate of $215.00/night, plus applicable taxes (which are currently 15.75%). A limited number of rooms are reserved for attendees that would like to arrive before the conference or stay after the conference, at the government rate.
The closest airport is Denver International Airport. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are available to and from the airport.
There is also the RTD Rail that you can take from the Airport to the Hotel as low as $12.75 (about an hour travel time).
CONFERENCE ATTIRE
Business casual is suitable for all conference activities. It is recommended to bring a light sweater as meeting rooms can get chilly.
