Conference Methods of Payment

Methods of Payment to attend the conference.

​Payments by Court Purchase Orders:

  • You must obtain the Purchase Order number provided by your court Procurement Office prior to submitting your registration form
  • Input the Purchase Order number on the form
  • Provide your Procurement Office with the following information for JIFMS:
    • ​Vendor Code: 237246093
    • Vendor Name: Federal Judicial Assistants Association
    • Recipient: Yvette Garcia

Payments submitted by PayPal:

  • Select the "Donate" button on the Annual Conference page to submit your payment
  • Input the Transaction/Confirmation number on the registration form
  • Payment via PayPal will incur a fee

Payments by Check:

  • Please make check payable to: "Federal Judicial Assistants Association"
  • Mail the check to:
    • Yvonne Herran, 405 W. Congress St., Suite 5180  Tucson, AZ 85701
